With broken hearts and unbearable sorrow, the community of Kennesaw, Georgia comes together to grieve the tragic and sudden loss of Cara Atkins, a vibrant young woman whose life was taken far too soon in a devastating accident on I-75 Southbound. At just 23 years old, Cara’s journey was only beginning — filled with hope, ambition, and love. Her unexpected passing on July 9, 2025 has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Cara was known for her radiant smile, her gentle kindness, and a spirit that seemed to glow from within. She had a way of bringing light into every room she entered, making others feel seen, heard, and loved.
